Fascinating ideas. The ADHD behaviors presented are pretty broad, and certainly sleep problems can contribute to many cognitive/attentional problems (a general principle?), so it would be surprising if there weren't some association. As he notes, we really need research, but there are many obstacles to developing such research programs.
