We use a parka, spray bottle (set on stun - er, I mean mist), and a clicker. Takes about ten trials for acquisition, and extinction is pretty quick. The S has his or her eyes closed throughout.

I like the activity that Hock (2013 suggests: to classically condition the pupil of the eye to dilate to the sound of a bell. However somebody asked me if it was safe and I realized I don't know the answer! It's a homework activity, done by turning out the lights after ringing a bell.
