Dear Tipsters-- My psychology department has the manual indicated in the subject line, but we are unable to locate the actual questionnaire described in the manual (I read the manual (all 19 pages) and the questionnaire items are not embedded in it). Any assistance in locating a copy of the questionnaire would be greatly appreciated.
