Hi all, Interested in blogging about psychological science?
Informed by Nature is a nonprofit that "works to advance the public understanding and appreciation of science, from its elegant approach to its awe-inspiring results. We are dedicated to encouraging lifelong learning, promoting critical thinking, and celebrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines." I don't know anything about this group except what I've read on their website. One of their advisors is a cognitive psychologist if that helps. They're looking for bloggers. You can read more about that here. http://www.sparked.com/ask/We-need-writers-who-want-to-blog-about-Science?ref=657710735 If it's not for you, maybe it's an opportunity for a class assignment or Psi Chi project? -- Sue Frantz <http://people.highline.edu/sfrantz/> Highline Community College Psychology Des Moines, WA 206.592.3404 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> APA Division 2: Society for the Teaching of Psychology<http://teachpsych.org/otrp/syllabi/syllabi.php>; Vice President for Resources Editor, APA's Online Psychology Lab<http://opl.apa.org/> APA Membership Board<http://www.apa.org/about/governance/bdcmte/membership-committee.aspx> Technology for Academics blog: SueFrantz.com<http://suefrantz.com/> Twitter: @WorthPsychTLC & @Sue_Frantz --- You are currently subscribed to tips as: [email protected].
