A propos of this:

I hereby propose a new institution for young adults called the Adminiversity.
The Adminiversity will have all of the presidents, vice-presidents, provosts,
deans, associate deans, supervisors, managers, assistant mangers, and team
leads of a university. It will have the posh dorms, the sumptuous dining halls,
the spectacular athletic facilities, and the nationally competitive sports
teams too. there will also be multiple offices of eager professionals dedicated
to smoothing out every possible wrinkle in life's rich fabric. Attendees of the
Adminiversity will pay thousands of dollars per year to take advantage of these
various amenities while well-groomed, middle-aged, important-looking people
hold meetings in rooms on the upper floors, where they will intone gravely
about strategies, contingencies, and projections. Indeed the Adminiversity will
be indistinguishable from a uiniversity, except that it won't have offer any
courses or employ any professors. It ought to save millions!
