Yeah, the data they summarize is easily accessible and not new. On the SAT- GPA 
correlation, range-restriction is the big factor. The correlation gets smaller 
when colleges "pre-select" by denying admissions below a certain SAT score of X 
- hence they have no SAT-GPA data for that lower part. With a broader range of 
SAT scores to consider, SAT accounts for at least variance as HS grades, and a 
good chuck is unique variance. Glad to see they also discuss the Hunter 
meta-analysis on IQ. Thanks Michael for the article ..
