I have been paying attention to the trial in South Africa and I noted that
the presiding judge is being addressed as"My Lady".In the U.S we would use the 
term  "judge" to address the judge whether male or female.Political 
incorrectness or political correctness maybe? Is this protocol of Brit or Dutch 
original? However,in the Dutch
territories of Surinam,Aruba,Curacao,Saba,St.Eustasus,and St.Martin
such protocol does not exist?
Btw,has anyone heard of a "puisne judge"?
