Whenever I see a psych-related story in the NY Times, I wait to see if Mike 
Palij will post it. He almost never fails but after the dress color post this 
morning, I thought that maybe he had overlooked this one:

It is an interesting and brief real life example of false memory that allows 
for video comparison to bystander reports. The article quotes Dr. Strange of 
John Jay and Dr. Loftus of UC Irvine for research context.
