Just curious:did Skinner use same sex rats and pigeons in his experiments? I assume they were all males.And how about Pavlov's conditioning paradigm? Probably it would not make any difference as far as the dependent variable is concerned. I would imagine experimenters ordering subjects from Bar Harbor,Maine would specify the desirable sex.
