I would say that has been our experience, also, in terms of the diversity of both grad fields and direct work placements. I wish the hashtag was a way to show the diversity of careers our majors, even those that don't go to grad school, and it may yet be, but it isn't there yet.

Among the direct work placements I can remember, there would be work for polling companies, and research positions in institutions and other agencies. We're definitely not as good at keeping track of our general students versus our Honours students. That is not a problem and that group certainly supports the value of the major but I was hoping for a wider range of psych majors in fields that people don't initially think of when they think of psych majors. Our alums have taken a wide variety of career paths, not all related to clinical/counseling (and none that I know of at Chik-Fil-A) but when I looked at the hashtag, I didn't see a lot of those more non-traditional responses yet.
