We have two Tivo's also. One is 40 hr and one 80. I couldn't go back to not having Tivo. I like the Tivo suggestions. It finds shows you may like. I like the guides. You can find out what shows are on and all the times it is repeated. It has good information on what the shows are about too. I get TV guide but it doesn't have a lot of the channels I get in there. That is where the Tivo comes in. It lets me know what is on those channels. Another plus for us is we never watch commercials. We record everything and watch it later and fast forward. The fast forward is very fast(faster than a VCR). The only downside I see is you watch way more TV when you have Tivo:)
