I don't know if there's a schedule, but I talked to DirecTV last year about this. They said I had to apply for a waver of some sort in order to get these. I guess it's similar to what used to be the case for the standard local channels. They did it for me and after waiting a month or two I got a notice saying that all but Fox had turned me down. So I now can get Fox in HD, but still none of the other local channels. Actually, come to think of it I'm not sure the Fox affiliate I get is local either. Could it be that DirecTV doesn't have the bandwidth to handle all the myriad HD local channels around the country yet?
