---------you can record to saved pic if you hook up a vcr into the front of the tv- the red white and yellow plug ins. to sit for hours- i cant think of any video that important. i bought my dvr used- and tho the service was not ongoing the old stuff was still on it. play with the front tv plug ins. the dvr hooked to the back... get the pic on the tv..then zap it that way. thats the best i can think of---- [sorry]
