my sa 8000hd just died with a lot of shows on the drive. woe is me :) anyways thinking of getting a tivo. i want to transfer shows etc from tw cable to a g5. i have a adv110 which works great for input. just interested in quicktime movies for now. can write dvds on the mac if necessary. so dont need a built in burner? would like to replace the cable co dvr, any suggestions on a good tivo? i was also missing the last few minutes of recorded shows. not sure why on the 8000hd? thanks for your time and cosideration.
