Thanks Lou. The 3201 isn't listed, but Philips does seem like a good bet
since virtually all the sets listed use Philips. I'll keep plugging away at
the codes listed by TiVo (one reason I haven't done so is that I'm having
problems with the TV itself and am trying to minimize the non-standard
things I do with the TV, but that's a topic for a different forum).

I just got the new Dell W3201C LCD TV and only programmed the Cable remote
LG didn't work but Philips did on about the 4th code provided by
Cablevision.
Tivo isn't on this TV so I haven't tried.
