Hello All! I am thinking about buying my second Tivo (for the bedroom). I was thinking about buying the Tivo unit with the DVD Burner.
http://www.tivo.com/2.1.2.2.asp I have a couple of questions about burning and Tivi-to-go. 1.) When I burn a program onto DVD with this unit.....can I give that CD to someone else to watch in their on regular (non-Tivo) CD Player? 2.) What formats does this unit record in? Also, 3.) Will Tivo-to-go work on Win 98? Are there any other Op System that Tivo-to-go will NOT work on ? 4.) DO I understand this right? With Tivo-to-go, I can put the program on a disk and take it with me? Right? Do I need to burn it onto a disk from a computer with a "DVD Burner"? Or can I simply use the CD burner? 5.) With Tivo-to-go can I make a disk and give it to someone else? 6.) What copy-protection does the Tivo use restricting me making DVD of programs? Thanks for your help! David Yahoo!
