What you need to to is to go into the Menue and disable daily updates. I had this done after I've had problems like this. Dish daily downloads updates ot the receiver of the programming. After this the receviver needs to be reset. You do not need it, you get it through Tivo. So disable updates - it's in "installation" and you'll be OK.
In about 2 weeks or so you will get a pop up screen on the TV reminding you to update the scheduling. This is when you need to go ahead and manually do it - enable. and then immediately disable again. the pop up will last for 2-3 mintues before disappearing.
