You probably hit '2' while in Now Playing. Groups can be toggled on and off - hit '2' to toggle them. '1' toggles the sort order. You want to make sure your channel lineup is correct, just in case it changed and the TiVo doesn't have the new one. And if you're getting a bunch of those, it could be the problem. If the cable company is telling Tribune that the lineup is changing (Tribune provides the data to TiVo), but the notice isn't timed to match the changes, then they can get out of sync.
