We've had our box for several weeks now and still don't have swivel search or TiVo casts. I called TiVo support to ask what's up. I was told that the series 3 boxes are the "last to get the software" and that I could be put on a priority list to get these features. I said OK, naturally, and was told it'll be 3-5 business days.
