[TiVo Central] "Will transfer later"

I've run into a problem with my transfers. I have a dvd rip. My Tivo
"ses" the file and when I request a transfer  it says it "will
transfer  later after previously scheduled programs are transferred.
THere are no scheduled transfers and nothing is currently
transferring. I've restarted and rebooted the tivo but the problem
persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated
