Hi, I just upgraded to an HD Tivo from a series 2 along with getting a new HD TV. I've noticed some differences and didn't know if this was due to having a digital TV or from the new Tivo box,
1.) When using the 30second skip, I have a short delay after the video starts before the sound comes in. It is a little bit over a second. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my Tivo 2.) Before the picture comes on for any pre-recorded video, I get a second or two of a blank grey screen before the video comes on. Is this normal? Thanks, Jay
