Thanks SO MUCH to everyone who wrote to answer my questions about the tivo. It's definitely a fun new toy, and I'm sure we will catch on to the little tricks sooner or later (we CAN operate a microwave, after all!). I think that if we get over our fear of damaging it in some way, things will be easier. btw, there isn't some goofy thing we can do to irreversibly ruin the machine, right? ;o)..... right? ---nan
