Is there no-one left on this list still running DirecTiVo? I know there used
to be some people here who were able to discuss it, but this question and my
previous question went unanswered.
I can't tell from the manufacturer's website, but there appears to be no
distinction between the 4 outputs, so maybe I just have a dud output on the
multiswitch.
Guess I need to move forward with the times and upgrade my DVR to a 21st
century model :-(

I need some help figuring out a possible problem with my CTMS34 multiswitch.
There are two satellite inputs (left & right). There are four outputs
labeled 1, 2, 3, & 4.
Outputs 1 & 4 are connected to each other by a line drawn on the face of the
multiswitch.
Likewise outputs 2 & 3.
Should the 'joined' outputs connect to the same DirecTiVo? Or do they both
carry the
same input (left or right) meaning each output of a 'joined' pair should go
to a different
DirecTiVo?
