I am trying to set up a Tivo for my in-laws. They only have antenna TV. During the setup proccess it started to scan for antenna channels but it gets stuck every time! The last time we left it for 2 hours just to see if maybe it was scanning hundreds of channels or something. I have always had cable, so never had to deal with antenna before. Right now we went around the problem by telling the Tivo that we have cable, which allows us to use some of the channels, (the ones that are the same as cable,) but the program guide isn't acurate at all..
Any suggestions? Thank you!
