What do you need to view the files/ movies on a tivo hard drive? I have two Direct TV TiVo's I got for cheap.
I tried slaving it in a windows & a linux box but nothing came up. I may just junk the receivers out because I heard rumor that Direct TV won't activate a TiVo based DVR anymore since they have their own kind now.
