Is the program still airing on the channel the Season Pass is for? SPs are tied to one channel, while 'View Upcoming episodes' shows all channels. It could also be that the program guide data has changed. In rare cases the program identifier can change while the title of the show doesn't. The TiVo doesn't care about the title, SPs use the identifier.
