Jay, I use a Tivo HD with my attic antenna. I get the same thing you describe once in a while. The signal is occasionally weakened due to various intereference like a storm or what have you. It happened a lot more when I was using one of those inexpensive digital converter boxes. Things are much improved for me with the Tivo HD.
