I bought one and returned it because for it to work the Harmony has to be the ONLY remote you EVER use. I can't stress EVER enough. You can't use the oem remotes in combo and you can't walk up to your receiver and turn it on manually. The Harmony has to be use for every single function because the only way it can work is if it knows the state of every single item in your entertainment system. So if you manually turn on your receiver to listen to music when you go to use the Harmony it assumes that all components are in the state it (the harmony) left them. It doesn't know your receiver is on and set to cd input. So when you hit the tivo "environment" button, it will assume the receiver is off, send an on/off command - which because your receiver is already on will turn it off - and then attempt to change the inputs.
