The first bill had them charging me for both cards, but the digital tier includes one cable box. I called them, explained I wanted one card for free, they objected. I then said I expect my cable box to be delivered soon, please. Not that I have any need for it, but if I'm going to pay for it, they can provide it to me. The rep saw the light and gave me the first card instead of the box. Glen
