I am still considering my options for an upgrade to high def from my aging Hughes HDVRs boxes. I had been considering DirecTV's MRV (multi-room viewing) but the size of the dish required for HD makes me nervous (I have a cedar shake roof, and for some reason DirecTV apparently won't install dishes on the eaves or the fascia).
Is it possible (provided I network them) to have two HD TiVos sharing recordings in real time? I'd be using them on Comcast of course rather than DirecTV. I think Moxi has the Moxi mate (or something like that), but they're not as mainstream as TiVo and I'd be afraid they'd go out of business and leave me in the lurch. Thanks ...
