I'm sorry, I just found my problem. Was something dumb:

L1.config(image = photo1)
L1.image = image1_2

This was the problem. I should had:

L1.config(image = photo1)
L1.image = photo1

Now it's working as expected. Thank you very much any way for your help, really 
appreciated.
