That's not exactly true, for example look at the Pmw.ScrolledFrame which
works very well. I have also seen other solutions here and there, but
imho the Pmw.ScrolledFrame is the best (at least once you found out how
to set up the widget's options :) , so I wouldn't bother setting up my
own scrolled frame widget.
