Hello... I have uploaded tlf-0.9.25, including the latest patches.
I have tested the installation on UBUNTU-5.10, with and without hamlib. A rundown of this is at http://tlf.wikispaces.com/UBUNTU. 73, and success in the CQWW-CW!!
