Yes, indeed, the EU-DX rules really mix DXCCs and legal countries. I have updated my branch to reflect this, as far as I could interpret the rules. Now scoring is also done in the plugin. One has to specify their (legal) country code (like IT for Italy) or DX for non-EU stations. The available methods/values are documented in the man page.
