Hi Stephen, somewhere around 2021 Hamlib changed the name into HAMLIB_FILPATHLEN. If you have a Hamlib version >=4.2 (rigctl --version) you need to change the name in the file mentioned.
Better may be to download the actual code, which got quite some corrections and improvements, from https://github.com/Tlf/tlf and follow the "Building from source" on that page as already proposed by Zoli. 73, de Tom DL1JBE.
