fldigi interfacing issues

Hi.
I'm able to have TLF communicating with FLDIGI however: connections is not 
stable - TLF reports issues and more importantly the callsign and exchanges are 
not captured. A string containing country and geographic coordinates is 
reported instead.  Can this be corrected soon?
