email of September 3rd, I am writing to inform
you that purchases of
CommunityZero Core memberships and
services may now be made online.
Simply log in to
CommunityZero and proceed to the 'My Communities'
area. We
support Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, with
pricing
offered in either US or Canadian currencies.
(Please note that
all purchases of Platinum memberships or
page views that are made before
October 1st will become
effective on October 1st. By buying in
advance, your
uninterrupted service is ensured.)
Some of you may be
unaware that at CommunityZero Core, there
are three main options for
communities to select from:
OPTION 1: Only The Community Founder
Pays
Under this option, no one needs to purchase a Platinum
Membership,
not even the Community Founder. Instead, the
Community Founder buys
page views in advance for the
specific community based on the level of
activity they
estimate their community will experience. Founders can
review the past activity in their communities by clicking
the 'Usage
Statistics' link in the Administration area. As
non-Platinum Members
navigate and participate in the
community, page views are consumed.
In such communities,
non-Platinum Members enjoy the same full access to
all
functionality as Platinum Members. Participation by
Platinum
Members does not consume page views.
The page view option is of
interest to any organization that
does not want its members to have to pay
anything to
participate in their community. Communities may be
maintained under this option, starting at US$49.95 per year.

OPTION 2: Members Purchase Platinum
Memberships
Under this option, if a Founder has not purchased page view
capacity, then those Members who are interested in
participating in
the community will have to purchase
Platinum Memberships to
CommunityZero. After purchasing a
Platinum Membership for themselves
for US$29.95 a year, the
holder will have unlimited access to not only one
community,
but all communities they are a member of or join in the
future. In addition, Platinum Members may start as many
communities as they wish. Page view limits do not apply to
Platinum Members.

OPTION 3: Combination of Options 1 and
2
And finally, under the third option, the Founder can
purchase page
views to allow for casual use Members, and
more active Members can
purchase Platinum Memberships to pay
for their own use.
These various
options allow Community Founders and their
Members maximum flexibility to
determine the payment plan
that is most suitable and desirable to
them.
