I am a big fan of leaving it as TLS 1.3. It feels more like evolution than revolution, even with the addition of 0-RTT. I would like to see a future TLS 2.0, but one that makes fundamental changes which didn't make the cut for 1.3, e.g. moving to OPTLS.
