I think the new text is worse, except for the objection raised by Mike
Bishop.

You don't want to say "Including", because that is a really unclear phrase
in English. Are you adding something to a set, or accounting for something
that is already in a set?

Maybe:

"This field is used to correlate multiple secrets from the same connection.
It
allows secrets to be matched to the correct connection, provided that
records
can be matched to the correct ClientHello message."

I don't we can say "This allows". This what?
