I support deletion of the text. On a related note, there was a recent paper published that formally proved bounds on the failure of ML-KEM and FrodoKEM: https://eprint.iacr.org/2025/1562 The conclusions are subtle, so if you’re curious I encourage you to take a look at the paper.
