PLEASE NOTE

 1. Mailman, the process that run the TLS mailing list, automatically puts
messages that are over 100K in length into the moderation queue. The
administrators, which are the chairs for the TLS mailing list, then need to
review the message and release the message from moderation, reject the message,
or discard the message. When a message is rejected, we can include a message to
the sender to indicate why the message was rejected. Determining which action
to take sometimes takes some time; please be patient.

2. The chairs have decided that including derivative work notices is
disruptive; see [1]. Messages that land in the moderation queue with derivate
work notices will be rejected. We will inform the sender that the message has
been rejected for including the disclaimer. We also note that if these notices
are removed and the message is resent the message would be released from
moderation.

3. Obviously, sometimes, the TLS list is cc'ed on messages. If a message ends
up in both/multiple moderation queues, the message may or may not be delivered
to both/multiple mailing lists because of choices made by the administrators.

The Chairs
Deirdre, Joe, and Sean
