In case people have forgotten (I know you haven't Rich) we had exactly this
discussion at DISPATCH
in Montreal and the DISPATCH outcome was "Discuss on saag mailing list"
[0]. Can those who want
to discuss an IETF-wide policy please do *that* and not have that
discussion here.
