Hi all, +1 for marking X25519MLKEM768 as "Y". Such formal recommendations do carry quite a bit of weight, especially for more bureaucratic organisations; having a "Y" for X25519MLKEM768 will really help the adoption of PQ crypto. Ekr's idea of changing draft-ietf-tls-edhe-mlkem-04 is probably the fastest way to accomplish this, so I would prefer that over adopting this draft.
