I have the following comments, these can be held and updates made during/after IETF Last Call comments: General: ML-DSA will have to be spelled out somewhere, at a minimum when it is used initially in the introduction. Section 1, para 1: Please change 'NIST' to 'US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)'. References: I assume that we will update RFC 8446 with 8446bis (RFC 9846). It might be advisable to put a note to the Editor stating this (the 'About this Document' section might be a suitable location). Also, since this draft is referencing specific sections, that will need to be verified once RFC 9846 is published. Deb Cooley Sec AD
