Fair point, but to reiterate I'm no cryptographer and will no doubt may cause 
confusion in some understanding.  So I'm looking at this from a global operator 
point of view managing incredibly messy, complex environments across multiple 
jurisdictions.  We simply want the options to use different cryptographic paths 
depending on the specific use cases.

Uhh... ML-KEM and constrained devices?  The ML-KEM code I'm using, the very 
nice mlkem-native cut down to only do -768, is about the same size as all the 
other crypto code I've got (AES, (3)DES, SHA-1, SHA2, Poly1305, ChaCha, CAST, 
IDEA - yeah, for PGP) put together.  The only time you can put "ML-KEM" and 
"constrained devices" in the same sentence is if the words in between them are 
"totally unsuited for".
