I could see this being useful in a few ways. For example, if I wanted to block further mail from senders who hadn't confirmed messages in 10 days then I could pipe it through a script to extract the Return-Path and add it badmailfrom. Or this could be used to add the messages to a bayesian spam database. There are probably other useful things this feature could do, but these are just off the top of my head.
