IIUC, whitelist checking must be set up explicitly. It looks to me like you have set: FILTER_INCOMING = "/home/vpopmail/domains/everybox.com/davidu/lists/incoming" (See http://tmda.net/config-vars.html#FILTER_INCOMING for details.)
