Well, this is the message you would get if you don't have the file at all. Could you run a new test now that you've touched the file and post the error you get in that case? It should be a little different, toward the end. I assume you're retrieving these message from TMDA_DELIVERY_FAILURE in your home directory. If you set the LOGFILE_DEBUG variable in your configuration file (~/.tmda/config) you can specify the pathname where you want the error log to be written. Make sure that the time given on the Traceback title line is when you sent the test message. Sometimes two or three tracebacks can occur.
