I was thinking of this today...
feature suggestions for TMDA...

auto-pending-delete, an option where after x days pending messages are automatically deleted
if there has been no response. default-off

auto-pending-blacklist, an option where after x days pending messages have their addresses
blacklisted if there has been no response., default-off

pending-delete-warning - an option where if the pending message was deleted or blacklisted,
to send you a notify. default-on

This is just because pending messages can clutter up your drive, and be more of a hassle then they
are worth.

and another option: invalid domain delete - if the domain the email is coming from doesnt exist, kill it.

and another option: if the message is from "", kill it

and another option: how to block mail from a numerical address without a userid?
such as: Received from: 1.2.3.4 (Unknown: 1.2.3.4)

and another option: delete unknown - if the "from" domain or ip is unknown, delete it.

Just some things I thought of on my way to work this morning, maybe it's possible to
do some or all of them already, and yes, maybe some of them are the responsibility of the mailer,
but what the heck...

Dan.
