I believe Tim has helped resolve the "nothing-going-to-the-outgoing-log"
problem. In fact there is no directory ..../filter/, I have everything
going to ..../filters.
Sorry for bothering everyone. I would have stared at this until the end
of time and not seen the spelling error :)
